Popping over the border for the day, visiting Zambia. A nice spoil was having lunch at the The Royal Livingstone Hotel, looking over Victoria Falls from Zambia side.

Victoria Falls

Upon arrival in Victoria Falls village, visiting the spectacular Victoria Falls and experience the thundering of the mighty Zambezi, as it drops over 100m into the gorge below.

Chobe National Park

Arriving in Kasane to enjoy a game drive around Chobe National Park, first seeing loads of elephants and warthogs at a close distance. Followed by a river cruise to see more animals, such as crocodiles and hippopotamus.

Nata Pans

After landing back in Maun, heading accross the northen reaches of the Makgadigadi Pans to Nata. Late afternoon visiting the Nata pans for a game drive and sunset.

Okavango Delta

The experience at the delta was broaden by a nature walk, rowing on a traditional mokoro and finding exceptional birdlife and other animals on a sunset speedboat cruise.

Enter Okavango

Catching a Cessna 208 from Maun to the north west side of the Okavango Delta. With all the rain, the runway closest to the lodge could not be used. Instead enjoying a more adventurous, 2 hour drive from another runway, through amazing scenes and villages. Arriving at the magnificent Mopiri Camp, welcomed with singing and wet face towels.


Taking a scenic drive from Ghanzi to Maun, seeing a lot of elephants and bird life along the way. Spending the night at the cute accommodation of Delta Rain.
